Rates:
Our rates are in Mexican pesos, and they include 15% sales tax and 2% lodging tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

High and low season:
Our rates remain the same year-round. We do not raise our rates during high season.

CANCELLATIONS (VERY IMPORTANT):
10 days before arrival: no charge.
9 to 5 days before arrival: 50% charge.
4 days before arrival: 70% charge.

Reservation:
To reserve your room, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required.

Forms of Payment:
Cash. Payment may be made in pesos, euros or dollars (foreign currency accepted at that day's exchange rate).

Deposits:
Please make deposits to our bank account. Information for making the deposit will be given once we confirm that the room you wish to reserve is available. We do not, at this time, accept credit cards .

Check-In:
Check-in is at 5 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for guests who arrive late.

Check-Out:
Check-out is at 2 p.m. After 2:30, an additional night's charge will apply. If you'd like, we can keep an eye on your luggage after you've checked-out while you go shopping or sightseeing.

Children:
Since our bed & breakfast is for adults to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay, we unfortunately do not allow young children.

Additional persons:
Rooms are designed for two. However, if you would like us to arrange the room for more, we can do so at 300 pesos per additional person.
